Adding to our previous post about the lack of privacy as we know it, French magazine Closer have released images of the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton topless by a pool.
It is understood the photographs were obtained whilst Princess Kate Middleton and Prince William were staying at Chateau d’Autet, the private home of the Queen’s nephew Viscount Linley, in the Luberon region of France.
The photographs were taken without the knowledge nor consent of the couple.
As surveillance investigators in Melbourne (and operating throughout Australia) we are required to abide by strict privacy laws. The Surveillance Devices Act restricts us from using super-zoom technology to obtain the “money shot” if this means encroaching on an area deemed a “private place”. We think it’s fair to assume that is exactly what has happened in this instance.
Shame on the paparazzi.
