Melbourne woman Danielle Elmer is using the power of social media to assist her in locating the culprits who snatched her King Charles spaniel pup in broad daylight.
Louis, reportedly worth $1000, was tied up outside a store in Fitzroy when he was untied and lead away. Police would now like to speak to a male, woman and child who were observed in the area at the time.
Police have now released CCTV footage in the hopes a member of the public will recognise the individuals pictured. Despite extensive posters being put up by Danielle around Collingwood and Fitzroy, so far no-one has come forward.
